As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

A must have Gluten Free Beer!

As a beer lover who has recently being diagnosed with coeliac disease I found TwoBays IPA and was super excited as it is fantastic.

It means I can enjoy beer again and also try some of the large range of GF beers on offer there.

Recently tried the XPA and really enjoyed that too - will be ordering some soon!

Thanks so much TwoBays Brewing Co I highly recommend your beers and looking forward to coming down to the brewery for a visit.

Just like any regular IPA, but better!

A solid IPA, wouldn't be able to tell that it is gluten free! As a coeliac myself, this is in no way a compromise, this is up there with one of the tastiest IPA I've tried! Would highly recommend :)
