    Brewing Great Beer

As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

For tasting notes on the Pale Ale, XPA and IPA, please see individual products.

    Finally a gluten free sour!

Amazing flavour! Would love to see it more readily available in north east Victoria, finding it very hard to find on any stock it’s shelves.

    True to its name.

After the brilliant margarita sour I had high hopes for what TB would produce this season.

The sour they have made does live up to its name, but it sits a distance second to last year's brew. Crack a can and the first thing you notice is it is true to its name. The passionfruit flavour and aroma is there in force, colour is almost golden and the first few sips go down easy.

That said, the flavour has limited depth and breadth unlike its predecessor.

If you like a GF sour and you love passionfruit, Jump on this... unless you can get the two bay's Margaritas, then get that.

    Punch in the face flavor

Very enjoyable drinkable beer. Nothing subtle about the passionfruit flavor. Good summer drinking.
