    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

    Very happy, great taste!

    I didn't expect to find tasty gluten free beer let alone a sour. It's a perfect summer drink. Very happy with the lager as well, now I don't have to miss out. I'd definitely recommend it!

    My all time favourite!

    Two Bays Pulp Fusion Passionfruit Sour is my all time favour GF beer. Fruity, zingy and refreshing it's the perfect summer time drink and can be enjoyed equally well with both sweet and savoury foods. However I wish it was available all year round!
