As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

Finally!Gluten free stout!

Great to have a dark ale for winter, which can be enjoyed by all the coeliacs in my family. Hope Two Bays continues production of this fine beverage. It's not Guinness, but it's very close. 😁

no doubt stout total winner in my fridge

I have nothing to compare it against due to being a Coeliac and never drank stout before, only enjoyed the aroma of others who drink beers and stouts. So nice I have purchased carton number 2.
