Crafted as a Pale Ale, our second Single Malt And Single Hop (SMASH) brew champions a light Vienna Millet Malt to showcase the zesty citrus aromas and flavours bursting from the Citra® hop variety.

In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.
