We use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew modern beers. In order to create great beer you need great ingredients, so we sourced the finest gluten free malts from leading craft malt houses in America.

We are proud to have partnered with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), exclusively selling these gluten free malts across Australia. We're not currently exporting malts to New Zealand.
