    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Absolutely Awesome

    If you used to love Emersons Bookbinder but can no longer drink it then this beer is the beer for you. Better even! I almost don't want to leave a good review so stocks last longer.

    @Twobays, please please please keep this in standard rotation. It is exceptional.

    Great Amber Ale

    As someone whose always enjoyed amber ales, when TwoBays released the Grouse Amber Ale limited release I couldn't resist and I wasn't disappointed. A beer with a great taste and aroma.

    Perfect for autumn & winter

    This beer was released with perfect timing for the change of seasons. It has a deep amber colour, fitting for autumn. Subtle flavours that give it a nice balance and a pleasant, lingering bitterness. I get a hint of darker roasted malt with the first few sips, but it is not overpowering.

    This beer will go down perfectly around a fireplace in the cooler weather. Very drinkable with a nice body to it. Not too heavy, not too light.
