    Brewing Great Beer

    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Refreshing brew

    Tried both the Draught and Aussie Ale, normally drink lager beers, both were refreshing and great taste, just a hint of fruit flavour to the Aussie Ale and would definetly buy both again. I am not GF but found I didn't feel bloated after having a couple, would definetly buy them at the pubs over other beers.

    These beers saved me!!

    I wasn’t recently diagnosed coeliac and depressed about all the beers I was going to be missing out on. Then I discovered Two Bays and the quite literally saved me!! I went to a music festival last weekend and it was so great getting to smash some tinnies with my friends. I can’t even tell a difference to normal beers in terms of quality, taste, and selection. Feeling very thankful!!
