    Brewing Great Beer

As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Absolutely Fantastic

I’ve tried pretty much all of the Two Bays beers now including a few of the limited releases. This gift box was a great way of trying them all and now I can enjoy a nice cold schooner at home. I have always loved craft beers up until a couple of years ago when I realise I couldn’t have gluten anymore. Two Bays has allowed me to enjoy that again. Thanks guys!

It's so nice as a coeliac to have a range of quality beers to choose from. Now I don't need to feel jealous when my son's (non coeliac) boutique beers arrive. And stout! I haven't tasted a stout in 30 years.

    Gift box

Loved the glasses. And finally got to check the range out . Most Dan's stores only have the draught or pacific ale. The lager is the best one yet, should try and get that out in stores .
