In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

I found some of the beers like Gb varieties and the Japanese rice beer good, others I didn't really like such as the IPA and Pale Ale, however I am generally not a fan of those varieties in normal beers either. Carton was damaged with a couple leaking when received - but this may have been caused by Australia post.

Loving it. I've tried several of the brews from my Taster Carrton and am so enjoying them! Currently sitting outside with the tail end of a Session Ale on a balmy Brisbane afternoon. It's great to experience the subtle differences of the different styles which we don't get with mainstream GF beers. I was bereft for many years as a later age diagnosed coeliac, and am now (THANK YOU!) enjoying the renaissance of being able to have beer again. So happy.

We bought the beer for our son who is recently diagnosed with Coeliac. He can now social with friends and he says the beer is better than any he has tasted. Thank you
