Just an hour from Melbourne's CBD, our home in the Dromana Industrial Estate is Australia's only dedicated gluten free craft Brewery and Taproom – located between Port Phillip Bay and Western Port Bay on Victoria’s stunning Mornington Peninsula. 

With a range of core, specialty and seasonal choices on tap (and in the fridge for take-away), there's a beer for everyone! We're always pushing the boundaries in the gluten free beer world, from Aussie classics such as Pale Ales, Lagers and XPAs to Brown Ales and darker beers for winter, to IPAs, Sour Beers and European styles for all to explore.

The stainless-steel brewery backdrop provides a great industrial setting (you know the beers haven't travelled far), and the creative fit-out delivers atmosphere all year round. We also have local wines, cider and soft drinks for those who haven't found their beer yet (or are not old enough to try)!

We also serve a range of red gum-fired gluten free pizzas (vegan and dairy-free also available) so that family and friends can enjoy a long lunch, or a quick bite, while exploring a new world of beer.

Explore new beer
S.M.A.S.H. ABV 5.0% | IBU 28 | EBC 4 Tapped in November 2020, S.M.A.S.H. is a Single Malt and Single Hop Pale Ale brewed with Pale Millet Malt and HPA–016, a brand new hop to the market. We wanted to experiment with this naked style of beer, where single ingredients are showcased to deliver impressive pineapple, papaya and lemon aromas with a zesty mandarin and kiwi fruit finish.

Our craft beer Taproom perfectly captures the essence of why we started a gluten free beer business. It's here that people have the opportunity to explore great beer with friends and family – whether a quick knock-off pot, comparing notes over a tasting paddle, or settling in for a favourite schooner or two with pizza. We also have soft drinks and locally sourced wine and cider on tap.
Treat your senses
It's not just the range and flavour – or aromas, colours and textures – of gluten free beer that makes for the full craft experience. With the giant stainless-steel tanks that are used to brew our beer just metres away from Taproom seating, the wafting smell of malt and hops, the sound of gurgling fermenters and the sight of the shiny stuff itself all combine to create prime beer exploration conditions.
