    Limited release - This is a hopped up, chilled out, fruit punch bowl of a California IPA.

    Tropical juice box aroma where a complex blend of zesty citrus and tropical fruits meet a crisp balanced malt profile with subtle hints of candy. Raw corn softens the palate for a beer full of flavour and character to balance out a punchy 6.5% ABV.

    Featuring a selection of modern hops – piney citrus like Simcoe, dank Strata and juicy Superdelic. 

    California IPAs are an evolution on the West Coast Style. While they hold many similarities, the California style leans more into the tropical fruit profiles of the hops and less bitterness than traditional West Coast IPAs.

    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.
