    Limited release - This is a hopped up, chilled out, fruit punch bowl of a California IPA.

    Tropical juice box aroma where a complex blend of zesty citrus and tropical fruits meet a crisp balanced malt profile with subtle hints of candy. Raw corn softens the palate for a beer full of flavour and character to balance out a punchy 6.5% ABV.

    Featuring a selection of modern hops – piney citrus like Simcoe, dank Strata and juicy Superdelic. 

    California IPAs are an evolution on the West Coast Style. While they hold many similarities, the California style leans more into the tropical fruit profiles of the hops and less bitterness than traditional West Coast IPAs.

    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Pretty good, but does not replace the real thing

    I/We have become so spoiled from TBBC, but I have such fond memories of this style of beer from before I switched to GF - and this one is not a replacement. Really good, just not a replacement for Sierra Nevada.

    Beautiful tasting beer

    The beer had an amazing flavour and I really enjoyed it. My only critique is, the alcohol content made it veeery strong. I would have preferred if it was around 5% or so.

    Kah-lee or Kal-ee? doesn't matter!

    However it's pronounced, once tasted, It doesn't matter. One of my favourite gluten-free beers from Tw0Bays so far. Once again I do not buy this beer for myself. I buy it for my partner who is a coeliac and I often find gluten-free beer to have a certain lacking taste or a tinge to it that I don't like. I cannot detect it in this one at all and I'm quite jealous that she gets to drink it by herself. Reminds me of a lighter Hazy. Please put this one on your permanent list.

    Best yet - needs to be on the core range!

    Amazing beer, the best from Two bays so far. Absolutely needs to be on the core range it's just incredible.
