In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

The first time trying the Cali IPA , it was love at first tastes. An incredible balance of fruity and hoppy, and to finish the strength of an IPA . I certainly hope this is not a limited specialty release and makes its way into to the permanent linenup.

I wait for the special releases every year. The IPA is my favorite and the Cali doesn’t disappoint! So glad my favorite pub in Tassie keeps a tap open for Two Bays.
