    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Life after drinking Cascade Draught but now must be GF

    The GFB Draught was my go to after being diagnosed.

    I am able to find a few suppliers locally.

    The Aussie ale I think is even better for my taste, but finding a supplier is difficult. The 10 cent collection on cans and bottles in Tasmania has been added to the cost of a carton in bottles hops. That means prices as high as $97 a carton, which i refuse to pay. Your free freight on 2 cartons was great and even paying freight is better than local prices. The two bays pale ale is excellent and stands tall regardless of competition gluten free or not.

    Gfb mixed slab

    Hi really enjoyed the aussie ale , tried the draught first

    It's the only one up here in qld very nice as well it has a crisper bite and finish, also got a mixed carton and loved the lager not the other one's so much

    Cheers and keep on brewing
