    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.

    Refreshing brew

    Tried both the Draught and Aussie Ale, normally drink lager beers, both were refreshing and great taste, just a hint of fruit flavour to the Aussie Ale and would definetly buy both again. I am not GF but found I didn't feel bloated after having a couple, would definetly buy them at the pubs over other beers.

    Aussie Ale

    Now that I can only drink Gluten Free Beer, or Graeme Floyed Beer I have been on a mission to find my go to.

    Previously a drinker of Cascade Draught, I have done most ranges, O Brien, Bent Spoke, Hahn etc.

    I have settled on your Draught and Aussie.

    Very few bottle shops have Aussie on their point of sale. So I have more choice in Hobart with Draught.

    I need you guys to get in the ear of Dan Murphy and give them some incentive to stock it.
