    Brewing Great Beer

    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Aussie Ale

    I've tried 4 beers from the range 'Aussie Ale' fills my taste the best, but, the Rice beer is very good too, but the 16 can slab makes it a second in my opion. thanks for a great beer.
