    Brewing Great Beer

    As a dedicated gluten free brewery, we exclusively use gluten free malts (millet, buckwheat and rice) to brew all-grain craft beer and explore a new world of flavour.

    In order to brew great gluten free beer, you need great ingredients. So we source the finest gluten free malts from world-leading craft malt houses in the US – there are no dedicated gluten free malt houses in Australia.

    We're proud to partner with Grouse Malt House (Colorado) and Eckert Malting & Brewing (California), as Australia's exclusive importer.  

    Free of preservatives, artificial colouring and NO added sugar!

    Awesome Beer which is what it says on the tin

    This beer is exceptional. Tastes just like a genuine German lager and is the one of the best beers available from Two Bays. Unlike most of the GF beers it doesn’t have any of the undercurrent taste where you can tell it’s GF. It’s exactly what it says on the tin and is a great tasting beer.

    A Taste of Europe

    The closest a GF version has come to the taste and texture of a European lager. Enjoyable from the very first taste to the last drop. I sincerely hope the decision makers put this on the supply list permanently. Right up there with Pacific in terms of drinkability and quality. Thanks to Two Bays for improving the GF beer experience exponentially here in NZ. I smell awards coming!
