Cheers to 1,000 beers!

Seven years ago, in April 2018, the original Two Bays Brewing Co. pilot system was being unloaded from a truck to be installed in our very empty and yet to be opened brewery. The mission to raise the bar for gluten free beers and make it as widely available as possible so no one has to miss out on the bar shout had begun!

Skip forward to April 2025 and we have taken big steps on that mission (with many more to go), but today marked another huge milestone for our small brewery and brew team, reaching brew number 1,000!! It was another batch of Cerveza, exclusively available on tap at Hotel Nacional in Melbourne.

Over the journey we have increased our brewing capacity from and now producing close to 500,000 litres of gluten free beer a year. Now stocked in over 2,500 venues and bottle shops right around Australia, you are never too far away from great gluten free beer.
