Almost two years after opening Australia’s first dedicated gluten free brewery and taproom – and thanks to the support of thousands of thirsty gluten free consumers – we’ve installed three new HUGE tanks to more than double our brewing capacity overnight!
Two new 8,000-litre Fermenters and an 8,000-litre Bright Tank look right at home in our Dromana brewery on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula – and we're pumped to have them up and full of beer straight away.
TWØBAYS Gluten Free Beer across Australia
With our Pale Ale ranged nationally at Dan Murphy’s, and independent bottle shops and venues carrying TWØBAYS across the country, keeping up with demand has become a nice challenge to have. (You can also find our beer in selected BWS, Liquorland, Vintage Cellars and First Choice stores.)

TWØBAYS Gluten Free Beer Range
With the XPA joining our Pale Ale and IPA as the third beer in our Core Range line-up last February (can you believe that was only nine months ago?!), there is something for everyone widely available in all state capitals and regional centres. And for everyone else, we deliver anywhere across the country with free shipping on orders over $130!
The release of the XPA also meant we could package up our Core Range beers in an EXPLØRE CØRE mixed gluten free beer delivery, with any seasonal release bundled in when available to complete our EXPLØRE FØUR carton.
And we’ve some fun, despite the obvious challenges, this year with the release of:
- Mosaic Session IPA
- Red Rocks Red Ale
- Pulp Fusion Passion Fruit Sour
- and the return of Ollie’s Hoppy Brown Ale.
There is also one more speciality limited edition beer to come out this year and plenty in the pipeline for 2021.
“It’s super exciting to see how fast we are growing,” says Head Brewer Kristian Martin.
“We’ve more than doubled brewing capacity overnight and all of the new tanks were full within a week of their installation. And we’ve still got a busy schedule to keep up with demand.
“We kept a single tank to be able to facilitate more speciality beers should we wish to – which means we can continue trying new beers and new flavours to keep pushing the boundaries with our gluten free malts.”
TWØBAYS craft beer Taproom
Now our craft beer Taproom is open again, Victorians can come and take a look at our stainless-steel while exploring our beer over a gluten free pizza with friends and family. And we hope to welcome back the rest of Australia very soon. In the meantime, we’re happy knowing that everyone across the country has the opportunity to explore great gluten free craft beer.
